From Burnout to Wellness: A recent Gallup poll found that over 40% of American workers are so stressed, they feel no borders between work and life outside of their job. To help achieve a healthy “balance”, Dr. Maroon has established a universal formula called From Burnout to Wellness. Using the simple concept of a square, Dr. Maroon demonstrates the four aspects of your life you need to focus on: work, family/social, spiritual and physical. Using this “square” will help create balance and equilibrium within your life, leading to better health, more meaningful work, more joyful relationships and a deeper sense of awe.
